Rental Policies

Client Resposibilties

•Upon receiving a delivery, you or your duly authorized agent must verify it in person. You agree to sign off with a Partied Up staff member acknowledging your receipt of the delivery and assumption of responsibility for the equipment.

•If you receive equipment in a damaged or otherwise unusable state, you agree that you'll provide Partied Up with written or telephone notification before your event commences. You also waive your right to seek refunds or any other credits for such rentals if you fail to notify Partied Up of the problems in writing before the event. You acknowledge that Partied Up won't accept order modifications or equipment exchange requests after our delivery representatives have vacated the drop-off location.

Reservations

•A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your hand-picked rental pieces for the specified date and time. The final payment is due 30 days prior to the reserved rental date.

•Ordered placed less than 30 days prior to the event require full payment.

•Reservations unpaid prior to 30 days before the event may result in a 15% late fee or cancellation. ***We reserve the right to cancel the reservation for lack of payment and your retainer will not be refunded***

•Payments shall be accepted by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

Rental Delivery/Shipping

We are located in San Angelo, TX and offer delivery/shipping anywhere your heart desires. Delivery/shipping will be added onto your quote UNLESS you are planning to pick up the items locally.For FREE delivery eligibility, your rental order's value must total at least $250.00 not including additional taxes & fees. Deliveries for 30 miles within range of warehouse is included in contract price. Anything outside of this range will have an additional delivery charge.

•Delivery fees will be based on distance, load, crew size, and venue restrictions. Delivery fees include:

1)driving to your venue and deliverying rental items

2)Driving back to warehouse

3)Returning to your venue to pick up rental items at the end of your event

4)driving back to warehouse

5)time and labor

6) mileage

Fees

• A "Wear and tear" fee equal to 10% of your rental order will be added to your item for minor damage that is incurred during the rental process.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an already booked reservation, you agree to pay cancellation fees amounting to:

•50% of the contract price when you cancel earlier than three days before your scheduled delivery time

OR

•100% of the contract proce when you cancel within three days of your scheduled time

Loss, Damage & Destruction Fees

•If any equipment suffers damage, loss or destruction, you agree to pay Partied Up the entirety of the necessary costs to replace it at retail value. Partied Up may let you pay the repair expenses for compromised goods at our sole discretion if we deem it possible and practical to restore them to their original pre-rental state.

•We reserve the right to charge $50 service fees for each occurrence of damage, including intentional modifications such as stapling, gluing or nailing. We also reserve the right to charge you for any items that require excessive cleaning.

Rental Policy Period

•Rental policy is for one day unless stated otherwise.

•Rental requests for an extended period of time may be eligible for an extended rental discount.
